On May 7, 2009, William L. Beecher was appointed by Order of the Superior Court of Pierce County, Washington, as the Receiver for MCube Petroleum, Inc., and its related subsidiaries: Basilam Petroleum, LLC, Diski Petroleum, LLC, and Halmahera - Rembang, LLC. The primary objective of the Receivership proceeding is to marshal and liquidate the assets of these entities for the benefit of creditors/investors.
